Recruitment & Awareness
What We Do
Customized outreach campaigns, including emails, SMS, social media, digital ads, and live online events, to drive awareness and enrollment of eligible learners. Services also include multilingual and hands-on application assistance to drive enrollment.
Family Information & Navigation
One-on-one family coaching, family-facing resources, and vendor recommendations so parents can choose the options best tailored to their children’s learning needs and fully utilize their scholarship dollars.
Program Design & Improvement
Expert technical assistance and advising in ESA program design, policy, rules guidance, and leverage analytics to drive program improvements and ensure long-term success.

Virginia Learning Acceleration Grants
Outschool.org bridges the gap between families and state agencies, supporting over 125,000 learners and helping deliver nearly $100 million in state and philanthropic funding directly to families. Everyday we work to empower families and strengthen educational scholarship programs, we’re proud to highlight how our partners are bringing this mission to life across the country.
Texas Education Freedom Accounts
In partnership with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, Outschool.org is providing family navigation and grassroots engagement services to build awareness, understanding, and trust in the TEFA Program. Outschool.org is focused on reaching priority populations (e.g., children with disabilities and low-income children).
South Carolina Education Trust Scholarship
In partnership with the South Carolina Department of Education, we support families in navigating and accessing the Education Scholarship Trust Fund program. This initiative provides $6,000 ESA scholarships to nearly 3,000 students in its first year.
Arkansas Education Freedom Accounts
In partnership with the Arkansas Department of Education, we support families in understanding their school choice options, including inter-district and out-of-district transfers, charter schools, and Education Freedom Accounts providing $7,000 per child. We aim to reach 20,000 Arkansas families.
